Terms of Service

These terms govern any order placed with RWI Creative(“we”, “us”) through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

Packages, prices and what's included are shown on the pricing page at the time you order. Every price is shown ex VAT. Once you check out, the package, price and revision allowance for your order are fixed — later changes to our published prices don't affect orders already placed.

Orders are paid in two parts: 50% at checkout, and the remaining 50% once you have approved the final artwork, before delivery of the final files. 50% today, balance on approval. The deposit is non-refundable from the moment of payment. Full detail on cancellation and refunds is in our Refund Policy (opens in a new tab).

After payment we'll email you a link to submit your brief — project details, assets and references for your account executive. Work begins once we have what we need from that brief, so the accuracy and completeness of what you send us directly affects how closely the first draft matches what you had in mind.

Each package includes a set number of feedback and revision rounds (unlimited on Box Office). Revisions cover refining the work within the original brief — a change of direction or new brief part-way through is treated as new scope and quoted separately.

Final files are delivered by email once the balance is paid. On full payment, you own the right to use the finished artwork for the project it was made for. We retain the right to display finished work in our own portfolio, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

We aim to deliver work that matches your brief and is fit for its intended purpose. Beyond refunding fees where our Refund Policy provides for it, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force for your order is the one published when you check out.
