What if I don’t have images?
Never fear — we will pull images from stock libraries that follow the tone, genre and style of your film or TV project.
Who owns the copyright on images I supply?
You do. The client owns the copyright of their images. Once we have completed our work, RWI has the right to promote the designs and trailers we created for you, which in turn helps your film or TV show gain exposure.
What if I need more revisions?
Every package includes a set number of feedback and edit sessions, and Box Office is unlimited. Beyond those, we offer as many further revisions as you like for a small fee.
How fast can you deliver?
We offer a fast-track service of 72 hours for an additional fee, if this is an urgent requirement.
What file formats do I get?
We automatically supply a high-resolution JPEG, and TIFF is available. We will try to supply any additional artwork formats you request.
Can I order multiple services?
Yes! You can order as many of our services as you need, in a single checkout.
What’s your refund policy?
50% today, balance on approval. The deposit is non-refundable from the moment of payment. If you are unhappy with your final design, we destroy the artwork we have worked on and we do not invoice you for the remaining 50%.
Do you work with first-time filmmakers?
Absolutely — we love helping first-time filmmakers, making sure they are equipped with industry-standard artwork.
