• your name and email, chosen packages and project title. Payments are processed by Stripeon Stripe's own pages; we never see or store your card details, only your name, email and order information, needed to deliver the work and meet our accounting obligations.
• anything you share for your project (stills, scripts, links, references, screener links) is used only to produce your deliverables and is shared with the designer or editor assigned to your order.
• payment confirmations, your brief link, and delivery updates are sent through Resend, our transactional email provider. These are order-related emails only; we do not run a marketing mailing list, and your address is never used to send you one.

Order and accounting records. We retain order records, invoices, and related financial documentation for as long as required to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations. This ensures full compliance with applicable statutory requirements and allows us to provide accurate financial reporting, audit trails, and documentation should it be needed for legal, regulatory, or tax purposes. Once these retention obligations have been satisfied, such records are securely deleted or anonymised in line with our data protection practices.

Project materials. Project materials — including but not limited to design files, source assets, drafts, and related creative work — are retained for the full duration of the project and for a further period of 6 months following project completion. This archive period is maintained as a courtesy to our clients, allowing us to quickly retrieve and reference prior work should you wish to commission further updates, revisions, or related projects within that window, without the need to rebuild materials from scratch.

After the 6-month archive period has elapsed, project materials may be securely and permanently removed from our systems, unless a longer retention period is separately agreed, required by contract, or mandated by law. Clients wishing to retain copies of their project materials beyond this period are encouraged to request final files directly from us prior to the end of the archive window.

We handle all retained data in accordance with our data protection obligations, ensuring that records and materials are stored securely and accessed only where necessary for the purposes outlined above.

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer the personal data we hold about you, as well as the right to object to certain processing, such as direct marketing. We will respond to any such requests within one calendar month and will not charge a fee for reasonable requests, though we may need to verify your identity or retain certain data for legal or accounting purposes in line with our retention policy.
